DataTrove Partners (“we,” “us”) is an independent referral business. This page explains what we do—and do not—do with information.
We do not handle your datasets
We never ask you to upload, transfer, or share raw company data with us for storage or processing. Fit checks are based on what you choose to describe in email. Diligence and any data transfer happen only between you and a buyer program, if you choose to proceed with them.
What we collect
- Email correspondence. If you write to us (for example at hello@datatrovepartners.com), we receive the content of that message, your email address, and standard mail metadata so we can reply.
- No account system. This website has no user accounts or forms that store submissions on our servers.
- No analytics or advertising trackers. This site does not load third-party analytics, ads, or social pixels. Fonts are self-hosted.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel) may retain standard web server logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles.
How we use contact information
We use your email and the details you send only to evaluate a possible referral fit, reply to you, and—if both sides agree—make an introduction to a data-partnership program. We do not sell your contact information.
Referrals and third parties
If we introduce you to a buyer program, that program has its own privacy and commercial terms. We are not affiliated with those programs and do not control how they process information once you engage with them.
Cookies
This static site does not set first-party tracking cookies.
Children
This site is aimed at business contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
